1, grease lubrication

2, lubricating oil lubrication

Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil regularly. In general, the normal oil level should be within the 1/3-2/3 range of the oil level window or marked on the equipment. If the oil filling mode is oil cup, the oil level displayed only represents the oil filling capacity, and the oil level of the cylindrical roller bearing box meets the operation requirements. The oil level in the oil cup is lower than 1/4 of its total volume, and oil filling can be considered.

Check and fill the oil method, take out a small amount of lubricating oil as a sample and compare with fresh lubricating oil, competent units may consider oil testing to ensure that the oil quality is qualified. If the sample looks cloudy, it may be the result of mixing with water, known as oil emulsification, and the oil should be replaced.

If the sample process darkens or thickens, it may indicate that the lubricating oil has begun to carbonize and the old lubricating oil should be completely replaced. If possible, rinse the oil line with fresh lubricating oil. When replacing the lubricating oil, ensure that the new and old model of the lubricating oil should be the same, and the required oil level should be supplemented.

The grease used in FAG bearings must have antirust effect, and the antirust agent should be insoluble in water. The grease should be strong enough to form an oil film on the steel surface, even if the grease is filled with water. The grease will soften during machining, leading to leakage. When there is an example of vibration application, grease will be thrown into the bearing by the cylindrical roller bearing. If the mechanical stability of the grease is not enough, the grease will be constantly thrown out of the bearing, which will cause the mechanical disintegration of the structure of the soap and the use of the grease is destroyed.
